AESTHETICS OF A SLOW PACE
느린 흐름의 미학
Synopsis
The aesthetic of "slow pace" represents a contrast to the rapid pace of technological advancement in contemporary society, emphasizing a slower, quieter pace as a form of aesthetic expression. It allows people to momentarily escape from the fast flow of life and calmly experience the present moment in both time and space. Through music that encourages introspection and movements that unfold slowly, it prompts the audience to take a breath and focus inward, fostering deep interpretation and meditation.

W2 PROJECT
「W2 PROJECT」 is a project team formed to participate in KIADA. This year, visually impaired dancers will participate, directed by choreographer Seonsik Yoo. This project presents works using vibrating haptic suits and belts developed through the research on " Development of Technology to Support the Creation and Collaboration of Culture and Arts of Deaf-Blind Individuals" that has been progress since 2021. Through the technology, it is possible to get a glimpse of the concerns and efforts of researchers to convey the movements of visually impaired dancers and secure them a safe space.
